Mark Morris: Responsible for structuring investment vehicles and joint ventures, including debt, mezzanine and equity finance. Formerly European Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, specializing in investment and finance for ten years, including founding Private Client Real Estate in 1996. BSC (Hons) MRICS. FSA Approved Individual.

Dorothea Mackay: Responsible for analysing investment opportunities and sourcing debt finance. Formerly at various UK and European banks, including BBG and DG, as well as a loan servicer, Hatfield Philips Intl; gaining experience in real estate financing, credit analysis, deal structuring, investment appraisal and asset management. MA

Jennifer Prince: Responsible for the financial reporting and maintenance of periodic accounts for the various portfolios, which includes monitoring of the existing credit facilities. Previous gained experience in PR, media, venture capital and investment banking at a number of companies including Lehman Brothers. BA (Finance), MBA

Maurice Golker: Responsible for overall investment and asset management, including all acquisitions, sales and asset enhancement strategies. Formerly National Director at Jones Lang LaSalle, focusing on complex investment transactions for Private Client Real Estate. Previous experience with a niche West End agent. BSc (Hons) MRICS.

Nick Britten-Long: Responsible for sourcing and acquiring new investment opportunities throughout the UK and Europe, covering all property sectors and locations. Formerly at Waterbridge IP, focusing on Private Client Asset Management and previously at niche investment agents, BCM, as a member of the investment team. BSc (Hons).

Natasha Smyth: Responsible for promotion, PR and marketing of all new ventures, including student accommodation. Formerly a global roadshow co-ordinator for UBS Investment Bank. Law LLB.
