Mark Morris and Maurice Golker established Investream in June 2002, having previously, as directors of Jones Lang LaSalle, founded and operated Private Client Real Estate, creating a portfolio of £1.5 billion. The team have an excellent and established record of success in all real estate sectors, particularly multi-let offices, shopping centres and student accommodation. The diverse portfolio has an approximate value in the region of £600 million.
